A very warm welcome to Wray Common Primary School, a vibrant 2-form entry school, set in spacious grounds in Reigate.
At Wray Common we take pride in providing an education of such quality that every child leaves the school with better life chances than when they first entered. Children actively immerse themselves in the challenges and joys of learning, proudly demonstrate our shared values and contribute to society as responsible and caring citizens – this is the Wray Common Way.

Year 1 had an amazing time at the British Wildlife Centre last week! They got up close with hedgehogs, learned fun owl facts, and spotted badgers, otters, deer, rats and mice. Even a few heavy downpours couldn't dampen the excitement. Everyone returned to school a little soggy, but smiling and full of new knowledge about British wildlife. #WrayCommon #britishwildlife #schooltrip

We are delighted to share with you some of our highlights from our recent Ofsted inspection which took place in February 2026. The report, pleasingly, highlights so many of our strengths. While "excellent behaviour is a hallmark of Wray Common", we are proud that this is achieved through a nurturing, relational approach, not from a place of control. Inspectors evidenced that "Leaders place pupils' character, happiness and emotional health at the centre of school life. They ensure that all pupils, including those who are disadvantaged or face additional challenges, feel fully included and valued." This holistic approach, aligned with an "ambitious curriculum" and staff who "care deeply" for the children means that our children "feel safe, happy...show strong self-discipline and...have highly positive attitudes to learning". The whole staff team are proud to be part of the children's lives and we thank our community for their ongoing support! The full report can be found on our website. #ofsted #WrayCommon @greensandmatrust
