Children's Mental Health Week Supporting children's wellbeing is a key priority at Wray Common and remains an important part of our School Development Plan this year. Last week, pupils took part in THINK Space activities, helping to promote and strengthen their wellbeing. THINK Spaces give children opportunities to develop spiritually, morally, socially and culturally in a supportive environment. We also support positive mental health through assemblies, our Nurture and ELSA provision, a wellbeing toolkit, promotion of Wray Common values, CAPTURE learning, restorative approaches, and our Wellbeing Ambassadors, who are trained by Eikon. #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek #Wellbeing #WrayCommon #PositiveMentalHealth #SchoolWellbeing #greensandmultiacademytrust

WINNERS! On Tuesday, children from Years 2 to 6 proudly represented our school at the Panathlon held at East Surrey College. The morning featured a range of activities designed to test skill, teamwork and cooperation, including football, curling and basketball, among others. At the end of the event, the team waited excitedly as results were announced and were delighted to discover they had secured 1st place, earning gold medals and bringing home a trophy for the school. We are incredibly proud of their achievement. The team has now qualified for the final in March - a fantastic accomplishment. Congratulations to all involved! #winners #Panathlon #greensand #teamwork
