Eco-Council

Elected eco-council representatives from each class meet regularly to help decide on and oversee activities that promote the school’s green credentials and sustainability. 

Sustainable events at the school include our recent Climate Change day when the children watched a play about Reducing, Reusing and Recycling, and cutting down on our energy use.  This was followed by a sustainable packed lunch and climaxed with a session where everyone in the school painted their feet as part of the Million Feet to Copenhagen initiative.  Click on the footprint to follow a link to the Footprint Friends website where you can find photographs of our painted feet.
