Save our Pool
For over 30 years Wray Common Primary School children have enjoyed the use of our swimming pool. Now our pool is coming to the end of its life and urgently needs replacing.
We need your help now, to raise £150K over two years to rebuild this precious resource.
The official launch to the fundraising campaign was attended by the Mayor of Reigate and Banstead and world record swimmer Alison Streeter MBE.

On 10th December 2011, over 50 people collected (or received delivery of) a pre-ordered Premium Grade Nordmann Fir non-drop Christmas Tree. The trees were a beautiful shape and kept their needles over the whole Christmas period (if regularly topped up with water). Our trees were cheaper than available locally and we still made approximately £500 for SOP funds.

On Friday 7th October 2011, we organised our first Film Night, showing Despicable Me (for years R,1 & 2) and Karate Kid (for years 3, 4, 5 & 6) and raised approximately £600. The children enjoyed their movie experience, watching the films projected onto a quality large screen whilst munching on popcorn, ice creams etc. We are planning to hold future film nights each term.
