Learning Zone

The Learning Zone is a totally safe online area where children’s learning is enhanced by using the new web-based technologies both inside and outside of school.  

Each child has their own username and password with which they can log on to the Learning Zone.  They are members of different rooms where there are a variety of learning and collaborative activities that they can take part in.   Whole school events such as the Bike-It project and the different clubs have rooms on the Learning Zone, words and music for choir and production songs are regularly posted, and gallery and video pages showcase the childrens’ work.   Children who attend the school newspaper club, and Year 6 school council members, house captains and eco-council reps have extra editing rights allowing them to create and maintain their own pages.
